boys competitive team program

The sport of gymnastics is truly one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences for any boys gymnastics teamchild. The strength and flexibility that your son will develop through this great sport are invaluable.

Many great athletes in many sports owe their success to a foundation in gymnastics. Our competitive team currently consists of Levels 4-7. Higher levels are just around the corner, though, as our gymnasts continue their remarkable progress.

Our philosophy for our team program is one of excellent basics, form, technique, conditioning and flexibility. We believe that a strong foundation will lead to a safe, continual and smooth progression from one skill to the next for your son. With positive feedback, daily challenges, reward and incentive programs, we build confidence, a strong work ethic and self-discipline. We want to see the athletes realize this is more than just an athletic experience it is also about learning:

  • Responsibility
  • Self Discipline
  • Friendship
  • Compassion
  • Respect
  • Confidence
  • Perserverance
  • Teamwork

The success of your child is based on the coaching staff placing them into an appropriate group. Our job is not only to train your child for today but also for the future. Along with the USAG requirements to move through the levels, the coaching staff may have strength, flexibility, and skill requirements.

Compulsory Levels
Levels 4 – 6 consist of our competitive compulsory levels which also build upon the skills required at the previous levels. The athletes at these levels compete at competitions including M.U.G meets.

Optional Levels
Levels 7 – 10 consists of our competitive optional levels. At level 7, the athletes have routines created for them that include certain required elements and compete at local and state levels. Level 8 has certain restrictions on skill difficulty and competition is at the local, state and regional levels. Level 9 & 10 have no skill difficulty restrictions and compete at the local, state, regional and national levels.
