Boys Gymnastics
Ages 6 & Up
Climb, flip, swing, and soar—our Boys Gymnastics program is packed with movement, challenge, and fun. Kids build strength, coordination, and confidence as they tackle skills at their own pace in an upbeat, supportive environment. It’s all about discovering what they can do—and having a blast while they do it!

Beginner/Advanced Beginner
50 minute class
Ages 6+ years
This is where the adventure begins! In our beginner boys class, kids learn the fundamentals—like rolls, cartwheels, vaulting basics, bar supports and pullovers, beam walks, and trampoline jumps. We mix in strength, flexibility, and tons of movement, all in a high-energy, confidence-building environment. It’s the perfect place to start flipping, climbing, and having fun!

Intermediate
50 minute class
Ages 6+ years
Ready for the next challenge? This level is for gymnasts who’ve mastered the basics and are building the strength and flexibility to take their skills further. We introduce more advanced progressions and start working on the high bar, all while keeping the energy high and the encouragement flowing.
Prerequisite: Mastery of Beginner/Advanced Beginner skills or evaluation by an Olympia staff member.

Level 1/2
50 minute class
Ages 6+ years
At this level, gymnasts are ready to kick things up a notch! Athletes focus on higher-level skills and begin fine-tuning their technique. Coaches may suggest strength and flexibility exercises to support progress at home, too. At some locations, Level 2–4 gymnasts have the option to learn routines and participate in coed MUG meets or boys’ league competitions. Not interested in competing? No problem—non-competitive gymnasts work on the same skills, just with less emphasis on routines.
Prerequisite: Mastery of Intermediate skills or evaluation by an Olympia staff member.

Level 3 & 4
50 minute class
Ages 6+ years
At this stage, gymnasts dive into more advanced skills with a focus on technique, power, and precision. Classes challenge athletes to build strength, flexibility, and confidence—on and off the equipment. Coaches may suggest at-home exercises to support their progress. Some locations offer the chance to compete in the Gateway Gymnastics League or Fun Meets, while non-competitive gymnasts continue developing the same skills with less emphasis on routines.
Prerequisite: Mastery of Level 1/2 skills or evaluation by an Olympia staff member.
