Since 1979, Olympia has helped kids grow up happy, healthy, and confident,and we do the same for our employees. With 6 locations, 300+ incredible staff members, and thousands of smiling students each week, we’re proud to be one of the largest gymnastics organizations in the U.S.

We’ve got a proven system to train new staff, whether you’ve tumbled since toddlerhood or never set foot on a mat.

  • Paid training
  • Annual reviews, performance-based raises for excellence, and optional extra pay, You grow, we all win

Taking Care of You, Too

  • Full-time staff (30+ hours/week) are eligible for medical and dental insurance after 3 months
