Meet Our Home Office Staff
Behind the scenes at Olympia is a small but mighty home office team dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly across our locations. From creating joyful marketing campaigns to supporting staff, solving tech problems, and dreaming up big ideas, this group works hard to make sure the Olympia experience is the best it can be—for kids, families, and staff alike. They're passionate, creative, and always ready to lend a hand (or a spreadsheet).
Ray Overmann CEO
A lifelong St. Louisan, Ray started Olympia in 1979 after 10 years as a PE teacher and gymnastics coach. He later opened Team Central Gymnastics Academy, a non-profit, and still serves as Executive Director. Ray holds a master’s in education and stays involved at every level, driven by a passion to create opportunities for kids of all abilities. Today, Olympia and TC proudly employ over 300 St. Louisans.
Sarah Catanzaro Director of Ops
Originally from New York, Sarah moved to St. Louis in 2015 with her husband, Nick, and is now mom to two boys, Kyle and Theo. A lifelong gymnast and former collegiate athlete, she began at Olympia as a sub, then quickly stepped into roles as Preschool Director, Gym Manager, and now Director of Operations. Sarah is passionate about creating joyful spaces where kids can thrive.
Trish Dubos Director of Marketing & IT
Trish joined Olympia in 2015 and has worn many hats—from launching new locations to leading customer care to navigating the wild ride of Covid. After a short hiatus, she returned in 2023 and now leads Olympia’s marketing, branding, IT, and iClass Pro systems. She’s passionate about sharing Olympia’s story and helping new families discover the magic. Outside of work, Trish enjoys data, AI, coding, symphony nights, piano practice, and reading everything in sight.
Robin T. Director of Finance, Projects & Systems
Robin began at Olympia North in 1992, later joining Team Central as Bookkeeper and eventually Financial Director. After a brief time away, she returned to the Olympia Home Office in 2017, supporting Team Central’s financial reporting and other key initiatives. Today, she leads as Olympia’s Director of Finance, Projects, and Systems.
Jen Brown, Home Office Admin
Jen joined Olympia in 2023 and quickly became the glue that holds the home office together. Her role spans everything from admin and HR to birthday parties and beyond—no two days are the same. She loves being part of a team that’s always growing and learning. Outside of work, Jen enjoys time with her husband, kids, and grandbabies.
Julie Giamanco, Corporate Admin
Julie has been with Olympia for over 12 years, managing a wide range of responsibilities across all profit centers—including AR, AP, financials, taxes, banking, payroll, insurance, and workers' comp for both Olympia and Team Central. As Corporate Administrator, she keeps the behind-the-scenes systems running smoothly and enjoys working with staff across all locations. Julie is married, a mom of two, and a proud new “Gigi.”
Jamie Spies, Director of Program Quality
Jamie joined Olympia in 2009 and has played a key role in shaping our programs ever since. A mom of three boys who grew up in Olympia gyms, she began as a TumbleBee level manager and has since developed two core programs for the company. Now serving as Director of Program Quality for TumbleBees and Girls Gymnastics, Jamie is passionate about creating the best possible experience for kids and staff alike—and she’s just getting started.
Janet "JC" Cook, Hiring Manager
JC has been with Olympia for over 22 years and currently serves as Hiring Manager for both Olympia and Team Central. For the past eight years, she’s led preliminary interviews and onboarding across all locations, working closely with gym managers to support their staffing needs. JC takes pride in representing our mission—to build happy, healthy, confident children—and helping new team members find their place in it.
Linda Conway, Project Manager
Linda’s gymnastics journey spans decades—as a former gymnast, coach to athletes of all levels, and a Women’s Gymnastics Judge with NAWGJ for ten years. After a 30-year career in the Incentive and Meetings Travel industry, she’s come full circle, returning to her roots in the gym. As Project Manager, Lindsay supports Olympia’s mission to help kids grow into happy, healthy, and confident individuals through gymnastics and ninja.
Vickie Strubberg Admin Assistant
A lifelong St. Louisan, Vickie spent 30 wonderful years teaching 6th grade before joining Olympia as an Administrative Assistant. With a heart for kids and a passion for helping them grow, she’s proud to support a team focused on building happy, healthy, and confident children. Outside of work, you’ll find her with family, cuddling her two rescue pups, reading, or playing strategy games to keep her mind sharp.
Mike Dubos, Facilities Manager
Mike oversees facilities for both Olympia and Team Central, keeping our buildings and equipment in great shape for the families we serve. From repairs to renovations, he makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Mike enjoys restoring his Civil War-era home, watching anime, and playing video games.
Elijah Davis, Marketing Coord
Elijah brings Olympia’s energy and spirit to life across the St. Louis area. As Marketing Coordinator, he supports day-to-day efforts, runs campaigns, and tracks performance to help make sure the right messages reach the right families at the right time. Outside of work, Elijah enjoys fishing, gaming, and staying active.
