Our Xcel Team is all about flexibility, fun, and fierce gymnastics! Designed for athletes who love to compete but prefer a smaller time and financial commitment, this USA Gymnastics program includes five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Gymnasts get to show off their skills in a variety of competitions—both local and travel—with routines that highlight their individual strengths. With great coaching, supportive teammates, and a positive atmosphere, the Xcel program delivers all the excitement of team gymnastics without the full-time grind. Xcel Team is offered at our Ellisville, Festus, Manchester, Mid Rivers, and Rock Hill locations.
