Girls Gymnastics Classes

1st Grade & Older

Our Girls Gymnastics program blends skill-building with confidence-boosting fun. Classes are designed to challenge school-age athletes at every level, with a focus on strong technique, safe progressions, and personal growth. Our enthusiastic instructors guide students through all four events—vault, bars, beam, and floor—while helping them develop strength, coordination, and self-assurance. It’s a high-energy, supportive environment where girls grow as gymnasts and as individuals.

For gymnasts who are ready for more challenge, our Competitive Team program offers the perfect mix of growth, grit, and team spirit. Each Olympia location specializes in different competitive paths—some focus on the Xcel Program, others on the Developmental Program (DP)—so there’s a team environment to match each gymnast’s strengths and goals. Team placements happen each May through tryouts or evaluations. Whether your child dreams of dazzling on the floor or soaring on bars, we work hard to find the right fit. Along the way, gymnasts build skills, confidence, and friendships that last long after the meet ends.

Prerequisite: Invitation only. Mastery of Level 2 & 3 skills and evaluation by competitive team staff.
